It's just amazing and beautiful
The manager is a hothead and unreasonable. The roads have many huge potholes that was supposed to be fixed in 2015 and hasn’t been. Water pipes are always busting because they do not adequately fix them the first time. Rules are allowed to be broken by certain people and enforced on others. It’s trashy and dirty. They also own a few other mobile home parks close by and they are in the same shape. They raise the rent and promise to fix things and it doesn’t happen.
It's a quiet trailer park.
