Horrible! I lived there for over a year. You can't even drive down the street because parents can't keep their children out of the middle of the street. The kids would curse at me and throw balls and even bike at my vehicle. Even if your house is spotless you end up with bugs, that they do nothing to get rid of. You can't even have family spend the night without them threatening to evict you. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! If you love you privacy and value a normal everyday life, then DO NOT sign a lease for this place!!!!!
nice quiet place to live
I like it because of nice and quiet. But staffs are not really friendly, and you need ask like 10 time before they come fix something. And late fee are so high. And they never help you with anything much, you’re own you own.

My name is Amanda Raines my husband an I have been living there or 2 years now an yes it is quiet an calm, but they have a list of rules which get broken by all tenants an the main problem is that when you have anything breakdown in your apartment they take a long time to even fix it if they even come to your apartment. Also there is no assigned parking at all. The pool is only open when it is convenient for them! I do love the fact that they work with you no matter what, I recently started a new job an I get paid once a month so when it comes to rent as long as it gets paid for that month they don't say anything. Would I continue to live here ? Yes, because I do have a nice big apartment and the office works with you but when it comes to everything else .... my answer would be no. But the apartments are conveniently close to the casinos and only 10 /15 min away from Southaven.
